In January I have had Internet Connection hell, Twice in January after a strong wind came destroyed the telephone wire leaving me with a really weak internet connection.

So both the phone and the Internet would go on and off basically which sucked big time seen as I couldn't make a phonecall without been cut off after 5 seconds.

Most days i would have to go out for my Internet because I just couldn't get on at all or the connection would disconnect too soon. I got an engineer to fix the problem twice. The first time, the engineer replaced all of the cables from the phone socket to the telephone post and after 2 weeks, the connection goes dead only this time, the Internet is only on 50% of the time and the phone is completely dead X_X

But today, an engineer came in and fixed the problem and not once has my Internet disconnected and my phone is now working perfectly. I'm so glad, now that's all over, I can get on with things easily and stop worrying myself.
