As a cat lover, I have to say I'm upset at the latest RIG.

Yes, yes, everyone's in a tizzy. But the minute I saw the update I zeroed in on that cat.

Finally, I thought, a new cat! 3nodding

And then the waiting began.

Gaia has cats.

Lucky Cats (Ai, Tomi and Tama)
Gin
Kaya
Auspice
Rufus
Longcat Scarf
Catastrophe
Kitten Star
Kiki and Coco
Demon cats (Kokutan, Matao, and Tsurara)
LOLcat
Mewpit(sort of)
Bibbles
Wonderland Cheshire cat
Lucy from the Enchanted Book

.... and all of the ones I find appealing are STUPIDLY expensive. All of the affordable ones are... lacking. And I understand that's how costs are set... but Kitten Star and Bibbles were so unattainable even by normal Gaian standards.

We have silly cats, demon cats, alien cats, funny coloured cats......

And the first 2 "normal cats" to come along, Bibbles, and the little black one are ridiculously expensive!? I mean, cats are pretty inexpensive IRL!

I just want a kitty companion for my avvie that doesn't look mutated.... and it looks like I'm going to have to spend hundreds re-selling cash shop items to even dream of getting the CHEAPER one, Bibbles.

Bad form, Gaia. Bad form. sad
