Well, here I go with my first ranting of the journal. If you've ever worked in a fast food restaurant, this is for you. I definetly hate when customers decide to change their minds while at the drive-thru window. First off, why couldn't you make up your friggin mind when you placed the order. Now I've gotta alert everyone that it's a void and pass it through. I've come out short because I missed a few voids. What really gets to me are those that ask the all too familiar question, "How much does your $1 burger costs?" Now that's what you call brain dead. I deal with such difficult customers everytime I work. I get the ones who complain about everything. They just get up all angry because one thing didn't go their way. Have a good cry and get over it. The world isn't going to end because someone didn't get extra this or no that. The only thing I can understand is when you're alergic to something. I had a lady who was alergic to chicken and they almost gave her a baccon cheddar ranch tendercrisp sandwich. If I hadn't repreated the order, I could have had a friggin homicide on my hands. What I really hate are those people who can't seem to live without smoking in their car. Have some damn respect for employees and put out your damn cigarette or cigar. I don't need someone's lung cancer-causing smoke to enter my own lungs. I have problems breathing around cigarette smoke as it is, now you're trying to kill me? Bottom line, put the friggin thing out, or don't come through drive-thru. Until next time, I leave you with your thoughts.
