Backstory -
Prior to the Second Civil War, Wolfram was a mere private with hopes to get into the 1st Airborne. When he was declaring his name at a routine drill, the drill sergeant misheard his last name and called him "Private Eastwood" or "Dirty Harry." The mockery would continue until at one shooting practice, the drill sergeant peppered a paper target with sniper rounds at a distance of 1.2 km. Wolfram soon after studied the target through a hand-held scope and nailed each spot where his drill sergeant's bullets made contact - with a Colt Anaconda .44 Magnum. Considering this near-impossible accuracy, Wolf was since then properly addressed as "Van Cleef" Ysud and soon "Lieutenant Colonel Wolfram Ysud."
And then the internal conflict. Wolfram stayed true to his unit and, after the war, was hired back on through the military as a special forces operative who would track and regulate the transportation and shipping of weapons, including toned down versions of ICBMs.
He normally works alone on missions but sometimes works with two teammates (names not yet divulged) who are weapons masters in their own rights.
Off-duty, Wolfram dresses rather formally and doesn't skimp on the fancy. On-duty, he wears a cloth poncho over what appears to be an outfit ripped from a Sergio Leonne film. He is sometimes called "The Silent One" for his ability to move through any environment without being seen or heard and without the help of a cloaking device.
Personal slogan: "I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. For I am the Angel of Death, the Silent One Whom No Eye Can See."
