"Eve", Dominic called out across the hall. Eve cringed upon hearing his voice. She knew what he was about to ask and she dreaded telling him the answer
"Eve", he called again as he came up from behind her, wrapping his arms around her torso. She could feel his warmth seeping though his tunic as it enveloped her. She wanted to stay here with him forever but she knew the moment couldn't last.
"Eve, are you doing anything this night?" He let his head come to rest on her shoulder as his fingers ran though her dark, violet hair.
"Dom", Eve said, biting her lip, "you know the nswer to that question." She turnned to face him.
"Dom, luv, tonight I must die..."
