	I just don't get it! Why do people have to hurt themselves? I mean they tell me why but I don't understand that. I just found out that my friend started cutting again... and she promised. I just don't understand. She has people who love and care for her including me. So why does she have to hurt herself. I mean maybe I'm just to much of a goody-goody and naive to understand but... I just don't get it. It hurts me so much to know that my friends hurt themselves because they feel that way. I just fell so betrayed... like I wasn't a good friend. If any christians are reading this please help me pray for all those who cut, etc. Thank you.

	You are a good friend. There's nothing you can do to stop people from doing things like that... I really don't understand why people do it either, but they do. They feel so pressured into it sometimes probably, like it's the only way out.... and there's plenty of other options than hurting yourself... it's weird, and scary. But sometimes there's no stopping them... hopefully your friend will come to her senses...
