Chapter 1 Yoko

There was a flash and I was back in the room. The man was back and he didn’t seem to happy. He didn’t notice that I was awake so I could hear everything he said. “What do they think they’re going to do to Yoko? I won’t allow them to hurt her. I promised her mother nothing was going to
happen to her. I won’t let her go to that meeting. She is not going to get hurt.
I won’t ever break that promise.” was all I heard before someone behind me said “Do you really think your going to be able to stop them?” He turned and saw that I was awake now. The other guy must of noticed because he just stopped talking. I sat up and flung my feet over the side and noticed I didn’t have any clothes. I grabbed the blanket and covered up. The man that was behind me said “Now that was something I didn’t mind seeing.”
The other guy came over and made sure I wasn’t in any type of pain. Then he glared at the other guy who just shrugged his shoulders. I looked over at him and couldn’t help but blush. He was so handsome.
He was masculine. Even though he was sitting down I could tell he was tall. He had black eyes and black hair. He was wearing all dark blue. No shoes on. He was sitting cross legged in a wooden chair. His faced looked as if he were an angel. I couldn’t look away from his eyes once they locked with mine.
“I wouldn’t happen to have anything on my face would I?” he said to me. “My name is Thytorn. People call me Torn. My closest friends call me that anyway. You are allowed to call me Torn.” I stood up with the blanket wrapped around me. I was to embarrassed to even look at Torn.
“I’m Kogar. I’ll be right back Yoko.” and then he left. Torn got up and I could hear his footsteps approaching me. The next thing I know his arms are wrapped around me. He was saying “I would hate for you to feel awkward. I would just hate it.” I could tell he was smiling. “And how do you think I feel with you ..Uh. That is….” I couldn’t finish my sentence.
“Now, now, now. Don’t you go lying and tell me you don’t like this. I can tell you do. No need to be shy. I like you whether you like it or not. I wasn’t going to let you die on me.” I could tell he was enjoying playing with my head.
I kicked him in the shin. He let go immediately. I turned around and glared at him. I heard the door open behind me and four guys came in. Kogar was one of them. “That’s amazing. You were able to break Tytorn’s spell. No mortal or immortal has ever done that.” Kogar said really surprised.
“Actually that’s the first time I’ve ever had my spell broken. I thought it wouldn’t break because I was serious. Yet she so easily broke it. That surprises me.” Tytorn said. “What!!!!” was said in unison behind me.
“Did he just say he was surprised. That’s impossible. He’s never been surprised in his life. Its amazing who is this girl!?” said one of the guys turning to me. “You tell me who you are. I demand you tell me!!!!” “Her name is Yoko and you keep your hands off. She’s not your toy!” Tytorn said as he rushed in front of me. He was in between me and the three guys. Kogar had done the same thing as Tytorn. Its been along time since someone defended me. Even if I didn’t know what it was from. They obviously didn’t know or just didn’t care that I didn’t know. “Uhm. Shouldn’t I have a say in this? I would like one. If you don’t mind? I am old enough to make my own decisions. I do believe.” I said without thinking. Kogar and Tytorn turned around and looked at me in amazement. Why though? Its not like I did anything wrong. Its almost like I killed someone here.
“You do not have the right to make your own decisions. Only I do. Now then what were you saying Tytorn and of course Kogar?” said the oldest looking man here. “What did you say? I have a right to state my own opinion and I have the right to say what I want!! I could care less about the rules of the people who live under you. I will not stand for this.” I yelled at him.
“Don’t get me started. I won’t stand for your arrogance. I am the ruler of this world. Don’t you dare disobey me!! I won’t stand for it.” The old man roared with the force of a hundred men. “No!! I won’t ever listen to you. You’re a monster. I know it. Because I can tell these people fear you. Every last one of them flinched when you began to speak. You’re a disgraceful ruler. I would never strike fear in my subordinates.” I yelled back.
“Who do you think you are? You can’t just come in here and oppose me. I won’t allow it! Hear me!!!?” He roared even louder. “My name is Yoko Ito and I can damn well do what I please. I could care less what you think. I’m going home!!!” I yelled and started walking. Then I heard him mumble something under his breath.
“Um excuse me could you tell me where I am. I have no idea where I’m going either. So your help would be nice about now.” I said innocently. “Oh now you want my help? I won’t give you any help at all. I order all of you not to give her any help either.” He said with a huge grin.
“I will help you get home. No need for you to worry. So don’t go and die alright.” Tytorn said. “You will do no such thing. I won’t allow it. I order you to not help this girl.” He roared with anger. “I think I’m with Tytorn on this one. If you agree we can all leave together.” Kogar said as he started to gather a few things. “Yes we must leave now unless we want guards there to stop us for our treasonous acts.” said one of the other men.
“Why do you talk as if I’m not in the room?” asked the Older man. “Am I not your king?” “Yes we must hurry. Its like he said treasonous acts. Sorry my lord. We’re leaving. We’ve been tired of you for so long. We just needed someone to get us started. She did the job beautifully. Don’t you think?” Kogar said without a care in the world. It was as if they hit a nerve in the king. “Guards get in here. I order yo…..” he was cut off when Tytorn hit him the back of the head. Now he was a dismantled heap on the floor.
I was about to leave the room when Kogar handed me some clothes. I was looking around at the people. Tytorn stared at me and so did the other two people. Kogar was busy packing.
“Hurry we’re waiting on you to get dressed.” Tytorn said with a smile. “You pervert!!! I’m not going to get dressed with you staring at me.” I yelled at him. “Fine you two go keep guard outside. I’ll stay here and help out Kogar.” He said. The two didn’t waste any time following the command. They rushed out.
“There are you happy?” He said looking back at me. “No your still breathing.” I said and walked to a corner. I put the clothes on with the blanket still on. When I was done I turned around to see that Tytorn was still staring at me.
I went over and slapped him. He looked surprised. “Don’t you even give me that look!! You were asking for that. From the day you were born.” Kogar laughed somewhere behind me. “Wow, you sure are letting her walk all over you Torn. That’s the first time a women ever hit you.” Kogar said still laughing.
“That’s the first time a women didn’t fall for me either. Maybe I’m losing my touch. Don’t you laugh at me last time I checked you were wearing the skirt in your relationship.” He said in a laugh. “Hey don’t you dare go talking about my love life. I’m not afraid to start talking about how you’re a god damn Pervert. Spying on people and going in the women’s bath pretending your foreign. I could tell a lot of stories about those women and the way you found them!
“I’ll make sure your going through living hell. Got that?!!” Kogar said in a half yell half laugh. “Don’t you dare get me started about how you let a women rule over you. The man should wear the pants in the family or relationship. Not the women.” Tytorn said seriously.
“Well excuse me for not meeting your standards.” Kogar said seriously now. “How dare you!! Your just like everyone else. Always thinking we’re property. Things to be controlled. I’m leaving.” I yelled again without thinking. I walked to the door and opened it. The two people were still there. They obviously didn’t hear the fight because they were half asleep. I walked down the hallway.
Tytorn and Kogar came out of the room mad at each other. They yelled for me to stop but I kept going. I was to mad to care about those two LOSERS! I have never been so insulted in my life. I was going down the hall without looking where I was going, so I ended up running into someone. They didn’t say anything they just grabbed my shoulders.
Then they said “Watch were your going low life!” It was a male voice. I was in a mood that could kill on sight. “How dare you call me a low life!!! You’re a fool! Get out of my way!” I yelled. The next thing I know I fist cut me clear across the face. It stung worse than hell but I didn’t show it on my face. I looked up to come face to face with a man whose face I vaguely remembered seeing once. But where?
