I don't hate George W Bush. Why not? Well,... he's not worth it.
Hatred is this fire that burns in your belly and eats you up from the inside out. It makes you sick, sometimes literally. You can feel it as heartburn and rising blood pressure. It's bad stuff.
With President Bush, it's more sort of "Eh, can we have another election please? Soon? Now?"
