Vampires.
People have referred to these beings as “demons” and “abominations.” Creatures created by Satan to undo God’s handiwork.
Personally, I see them as the only true minority fighting to survive in a world overshadowed by hated for something it doesn’t understand. Why do I bother to defend these vile beasts, you ask? The answer is fairly simple, really. I am a vampire, and my views are very clear: We were cursed with a disease that forces us to watch those closest to us wither and die while we remain young and eternal, and, in our suffering, we must feed upon the blood of the very mortals we were taken from.
