My unholy creation for the Runway theme 'Werewolf Mermaid: Your avatar is a mermaid who was bitten by a werewolf! Or maybe they're a werewolf who was bitten by a mermaid . . . Either way, show us your interpretation of this hybrid creature.' It's a weird theme to be sure, but I can't deny that it inspired an avi I DEFINITELY wouldn't have made otherwise.
Items used include Yemaya's Pearl (Blue Chromis), Bad Moon (beastly fangs and nose), Evening Toro the Bulltaur (Hair), Deep Undersea Diver (coral reef), Dirge of the Deep (Bioluminescent Form), Mershark Tail, Nightmarish Tower Haunt (eyes), Patches the Pup (ears), Silver Hoop Earrings, Mujaji (Circlet), World Serpent (Body), Silver Kiseru, Silver Promise Ring, Moira's Silver Navel Piercing, Silver Angelic Bracelet, and Aquatica (Bubbles).
This was a very, very weird build for me because I wanted to not use a mermaid tail and instead incorporate the mermaid elements elsewhere, but I just ended up not being able to make it work. Which isn't really a surprise, because never have any mermaid or wolf items on this site been designed to go together.
Nonetheless, I am oddly proud of my creation, as much as I also remain fairly convinced that it never should have existed in the first place. I've been trying to do a little more with the items I put on male avi's, branching out a bit into ~fashion~. It's fun, if still a little frustrating.
