This is the real throwback: the first avatar I ever made on Gaia! And WOW, is it essentially a visual time capsule of this website.
Items included are Yokai's Treasure (Yurei's Robes), Samurai Yoroi Rising Sun, Chyaku Norisu Scarf, Yama no Tami (saya ni tachi - migi), Padmavati's Lotus (heavenly skin), Fallen Wish Supernova (dragon spikes), and Gogh Reed (Leafy).
Basically this is the most wanna be avatar for that time period you can imagine. I wanted the real Ancient Katana with all my heart and soul, just like everyone else; and the real White Body Dye; and the Steel-plated Ninja Band. I did everything I could to put together this avi as a kind of visualization of what it MIGHT look like IF I could get those items someday, with of course the original base eyes because I didn't have an eye item yet, and the Wish hair because that was the only hair I had so I used it with everything. Truly early 2006-era Gaia in a bottle.
