Was going through my items looking for things to sell when I realized how many wolf-based poses I've accidentally collected but never used. Searched the word 'wolf' in my inventory and started playing around with what I found; managed to keep Rare Materia (Fenrir's Call), The Nightmare (Guardian Hooded Cape), Shade of a Beast (scarf), Sumi's Clever Outcast (Lantern Background), and Hanyo's Tenacity (yokai eyes) around right through to the final result, which is pretty good when trying to make a themed item!
The other items that managed to tie the whole thing together are Autumn Glory (Autumn Boughs), Gogh Reed (Thunder Skin), Mizuchi's Jewel (daija's moon), Boundless Space (Wine Nebula), The Butch Russian (hair), Astra: Warm Lunar Phase (still), Shifting Sands (Toga), Liam's Workout (tank top), and Black Dragon Silk Pants.
What really ended up making this look was the eyes and face markings, because the purple is what pulled in the skin item, the toga, and the space background. I really think purple can make an autumn look, if you can really pull it off!
When I first joined Gaia, the items Wild Things and Autumn Glory were a couple of the very first big items I really went after, planning a couple looks that never quite panned out. I'm really glad to not only have gotten to use the recolor, but ALSO bring in the boughs pose! Finally, in a way it all worked out.
