I ate too much.
I think if I roll over, I'll continue rolling and fall off my bed.

This feels like three journal entries on one day...

But some events happened today. Only some. I didn't say they were important stare

First off, my Mom wanted to go shopping for a new microwave. She won our old one as a consolation prize at an Atlanta Hawks game. She was supposed to get so many basketballs in the hoop in like a minute. I don't even think she got one sweatdrop
At least everyone in the crowd cheered for her

Yah! That radioactive cancer trap has been at every location we've moved to.
I say cancer trap because it had noticable problems and should have been tossed out...saaaay, seven years ago sweatdrop

She needed me to help her shop for a new one. Watts and cubic feet mean nothing to her, so I grabbed my crimson red tie(also known as the Crimson Dagger-"will scan soon" wink put on a hat and looked in the mirror realizing I need to shave badly when I get back home ._.;;

First we need a location. She recommends Media Play. I stay quiet. Now I'm not a moron(not saying she's one either). I know Media Play doesn't sell microwaves, I just wanted to look at their rare, over-retail priced Anime. I know...I'm horrible sweatdrop

While my mom goes to ask someone where the microwaves are, I sneak off ninja
Tenchi Muyo OVA discs are re-packaged and value priced now, along with the Trigun discs. Seen them at Best Buy for $17
...yeah...at this Media-Play they were $22@_@

Anyway, somehow I got into the cd aisle. I'm not really an album fan but I luv movie soundtracks. Dunno...I just like'um...
while flipping past The Passion of the Christ, Pokemon and Resident Evil soundtracks, I came across a cd that made me do an instant grab. Had an "IMPORT" sticker on the front. The Shaun of the Dead soundtrack! 3nodding whee

I love that movie, but hell no to paying that much for just music. I could just download the songs...but I tried to after seeing the movie finding out most of the songs have original mixes and cuts not found on Kaaza sweatdrop

Again, I didn't buy it, but a good mix of music though for a zombie movie....
an 80's song by Grand Master Flash called "White Lines"(the soundtrack includes the cut of Shaun and Ed singing it). Two songs by Ash. "Ghost Town" by The Specials which is played in the intro of the movie whee heart
That's one of my favorite songs. The band and song was one of the many insperations for Gorillaz. The drumming and wind in the beginning of the song is sampled throughout the Gorillaz song "Slow Country" 3nodding
Lastly two Queen songs are on the disc...yes...Queen...
and I'll go down in my grave saying one scene has the best use of a Queen song in any movie....
some guys behind me in the theater were clapping lightly while giggling at that scene whee heart

Spoiler(highlight):
The bit is being surrounded by 60 zombies, while Shaun and two of his buddies are focused on beating up just one simultaneously with cue sticks as the lights flash on and off, hearing Queen in the background. Very Broadway
yes...puts a smile on my face just thinking of it


Silly to even call it a spoiler but just didn't want to ruin the movie. I went in knowing nothing of the film other than it was "A romatic comedy. with Zombies.", and loved it

Hell....I thought about seeing the movie again on my birthday, but I'm just going to buy the import DVD from the UK. I didn't know it was a major hit there til after I saw it sweatdrop
....
Anyway....
we got a mircowave at Best Buy._.
