Previously I said about the onsen and the springs, in which the people there have to strip naked and take a hot bath...something like that. >.>; then I left off on us getting into the hotel in Kansai, if I remember correctly...>.<;
Well, the next day....
............................................
The weather was slightly gloomy. It was during the monsoon season that we had went to Japan, and the weather wasn't looking too good during the morning. That day, the tour was going to be at one of the defensive outposts in Kyoto, where the tour revolved around some sightseeing. The moats, the large gates and Shinto shrines nearby....
To tell the truth, it strikes me as fascinating to see how...elegantly, each tree and section is designed so it looked like a series of parallel architecture near one of the old, remaining castles. Equally distanced and pleasing to the eye, I have to say;
Japan sure does know how to take care of itself. owo
The next tour was near 青水寺, where the three water -- representing wisdom, wealth, and health -- was supposed to be at. It was starting to rain lightly by then, so it took some skills to maneuver the cameras and electronics -- mainly the recorder -- around the myriad masses of....er....umbrellas during the ascenting climb.
I also bought some souveniers, especially the fans during the exhibition. @_@ Superbly designed and crafted, it doesn't come as a surprise why Japanese product is made with care and delicacy.
...With the downfall being its outrageously high price for just one product... gonk
It was then that the tour guide let us loose, and allowed the tourists to shop with a rendezvous point in the more populated regions. My mother and most of the girls were on a shopping spree -- which I had to help out with gonk -- and again the difficulties of talking to a Japanese person without making hand gestures is, sadly, troublesome like usual. Had I known it was to be this bad, I would've brought my Jap book with me so at least I can talk - roughly - to them to some extent...x.x;
Other than that, we'd spent a night in Kyoto, and which me and my parents collapsed onto the bed in a hotel, dead asleep. xP
