I started out sick, ( I have a stomach issue which ocassionally hurts me. )
But I make to get it under control to make work possible, I had to NOT take my Blood Pressure Meds because I would have had them come back up because I was sick...Fast forward to now...I have a BP Headache.

During my work day I also had a minor injury. I had a heavy thin object hit my big toe on my left foot an busted it leading to removing my nail on that toe. I will clean an care for it till the nail grows back assuming nothing else happens.
