Appearance: A black robe covers him on the outside, along with a black hood that covers his brown hair and most of his face. Underneath his robes is an enchanted steel breastplate designed to repel strong attacks, including some bullets. Steel greaves are also underneath the robes. For footwear, leather boots. His left arm is made out of pure stainless steel. His right arm is normal; however, there is a crystal on the back of his hand.

Breif Bio: A powerful sorceror trapped in Tartarus once he foolishly opened a gate to the chamber of Kronos. The crystal on his arm was a cursed placed by the titan, keeping him alive for many centuries. He managed to escape after many years, arriving back on the surface in modern day.

Skills (Only a general...a good magician doesn't give away all of his secrets)

Catabolic Mist: A chemical compound designed by Julius that, once applied, will attack and destroy various organelles, particularly mitochondria.

Heavens of Ouranos: A lightning storm is summoned, filled with colored lights. The storm sends out 15 lightning bolts to track the fighter, then disperses, all within a few minutes.

Purgatorial Vaccum: A gate to purgatory is opened up, with a mysterious wind force coming out of it. This is designed to suck in stray energy or even organisms.

Concentrated Energy Cannon: When Federgeist absorbs light or shadow energy, it will get a corresponding glow. When fired, the energy will be in a concentrated form, able to penetrate even the toughest of armor. If both are absorbed, whether from Julius or another, then the beam will also contain a portal to purgatory, transporting anything it touches.

Neutral Blow: When Federgeist absorbs both light and shadow energy, it will glow pure white. The next thing that contacts the blade, whether it be a weapon or organism, will be sent to purgatory immediately.

Equipment

Federgeist: Julius' main weapon is the "marbalized" longsword. It's metal is enchanted with both light and shadow magic. To Julius, it weighs nothing, but to others, it weighs one ton more than they can lift. In other words, only he can wield it. This blade can split into two shortswords as well.

Parchment Cards: The source of Julius' most powerful spells. Each of them, except for the purgatory card, have names of respected Titans and Gods from mythology. Depending on the name depends on their effect.

Grappling Hook: It's a simple grappling hook, but instead of a rope, it's attached to iron chains.

Daggers: 'Nuff said.

Smith and Wesson Model 500: The most powerful handgun ever created, modified to make it even better. Julius added an interchangable scope to the top, which can make it act as a sniper rifle. However, it can also be used for heatsinking. Julius also uses modified bullets, ones that emit an electric pulse once fired.
