Day 16 - again forgot to post when logged in on the 24th. Today had a 3 hour meeting at work learning new program/incentive that will be offered to clients. stare

Worst part was when the presenter had us doing role play as the client and the service person and since have dealt with irate clients in similar scenarios in no way was it fun to role play it. evil

Only plus side is don't have to work tomorrow other errands to do but at least have a day of respite from launch of the new program. stare
