A School RPG Part 10: Me and Souless

"Hey there xavier" he said happily//Zexion decided to play..(ran out of ideas at moment)modern warfare..he wouldnt admit he was also good at this..very good,putting on his own mic,under the name 'phantom'

XD I like it.

Xavier grinned. "Hey Adrian," he said. "I'm sorry you're not on the other team. Ican't kick your butt now." Russel handed him the soda, which he gulped down happily. He saw another player logged on, which wouldn't have bothered him, but he'd never seen the username before. He didn't say anything to the player,instead waiting to see who's team he would chose, and how he played.

He decided to chose the opposite team..//"Oh ha ha..oh,someone else logged in" he said,seeing a username he didnt recognize..

Xavier chuckled, "Ya, too bad they aren't on our team. Though I guess it's good if they suck." He and Russel both shot at eachother, even though they were on the same team, and Xavier died. He cursed as he waited for his character to regenerate and glared at Russel, who was laughing so hard that he had to lay on the floor and catch his breath.

'Phantom' shot russel and shot Adrian at the same time..//"Woah.." adrian said,waiting for his character to regenerate

Both Russel and Xavier felt there eyes grow wide. He's freakin' good, Xavier thought. He kept his guard up as he searchd for this 'Phanton' character.
(I think I'm logging off for now. Night!)

(aww,night then XD) He remained hidden,taking out the other team one by one..--Adrian regenerated,slowly making his way around..

Russel and Xavier walked side by side in the game, both searching for Adrian. Russel, who was 'captain' of their team, switched the microphone settings so that only players on their team could hear him. "Hey...Adrian? Were trying to find you. Where are you?"

"Over here" a guy walked in circles a few feet away to show it was him..//Zexion made his way up behind Xavier and got him right in the back,fleeing for the shadows of a building..

Russel, who had switched the controls back so he could talk to some of his friends on the other team, regretted his desicion a few seconds later as Xavier let out a loud string of curses. "God dammit! Can I not stay alive one minute without getting shot!" He growled in anger and glared at Russel who was doing his best not to laugh. Russel walked his player over to where Adrian was and shot a player running past them. The two waited a few seconds before Xavier was able to join them again.

"Wow..who was that guy?!" Adrian said..//Zexion remained hidden..

"I don't know, but he's really starting to piss me off." Russel shook his head. "Agreed."
"Anyways, just stay together and get eachother's backs," Xavier said, shooting two people on the other team and keeping an eye out for this "Phantom" guy.

[So, do Adrian and Xavier/Russel know eachother in real life, or just on the game? Curious....]


(Never thought of it so,do what you want with it XD) Zexion spoke into the microphone,keeping his voice low and soft.."You play well..yet you still havnt shot me once"//Adrian looked around the screen..whose voice was that? (and is xaviers username or russels a codename or actual name?)

And how about they don't know eachother IRL because they've never really given personal info and such. But then they meet somehow (?!?) and realize they live on the same street.]
The fact that 'Phantom' chose this time to speak deffinetly didn't help Xavier keep his anger under control. He glared a the screen, biting down on his tongue so hard that it drew blood. It was all he could do not to start cursing at the man. He stood back to back with Russel and Adrian, looking at the upper screen and the small map in the right hand corner for signs of the guy.

"Whats the matter? Surprised? You never know when i might be on your team one day.." Zexion smirked as he talked..a dash of color running off into the distant buildings..

Xavier glared at the running figure, shooting a few bullets that didn't come close to hitting their mark. He knew they wouldn't make it, but it helped him to get rid of some of his anger, knowing that he'd at least done something. "Why would I ever want to be on a team with someone like you, you arrogant a*****e?"

"Will shooting me make you feel better..and what language for whoever you are" Zexion smirked,this person ahd a real mouth..//Adrian wondered why they argued so much,quietly looking around for 'Phantom'..

"Yes, yes it will," Xavier practically growled out. "And who the hell are you? My mother? Like I asked for your opinion on my personal vocabulary." Russel shot a player on the other team and Xavier shot the guy beside him.

You saw a guy in a uniform in the distance come out from the shadows and just stand there.."Shoot me.." he said in a soft low voice..

Xavier shivered involuntarily. The voice sounded oddly familiar and his thoughts got away from him for a second. The idea of a certain someone else speaking in such a tone to him enough to make him want to purr. Luckily for him, Xavier didn't. Instead, he acted on his second emotion, which was surprise. "What the hell?! You're just going to give up?"

"Im so far ahead and if shooting me makes you feel better,im more than willing to take a hit.." He said..The way his voice sounded reminded him of someone..//Adrians eyes widened,his character just standing there..

Xavier stared at the screen a second more before closing his eyes, chuckling softly, and shaking his head. "You don't get it," he said. "There's no ******** point in shooting you now. It means nothing if it's just given to me like that. Being able to shoot you when your 'defenseless' allows me to gain nothing. I want to shoot you when your gaurd is up without you ever seeing it come. I'm not so much of a douche to take pride in slaughtering an 'innocent lamb', as one of my teachers put it." Xavier held in a sigh. He had the urge to shoot the 'Phantom' guy where he stood, but knew he'd never really gain anything from it. "Go ahead and hide again. I'll find you eventually." Xavier smirked as he said this, doing his best to put a bit of his trademark arrogance into the statement.
