yum_pie I'm making it my mission to study certain foods and cooking styles I'm not that familiar with before college. I really need to work on my fish. In Culinary we could never make fish because it was too expensive if someone were to mess it up. And my parents don't really like fish either. I can make shrimp, which I made for the contest but still. Seafood may be my downfall. I also need to practice my desserts more. That was never my station so it couldn't hurt to try. Oh I'm just so worried about my grant. I really hope the class doesn't fill up before I get my call back. If it does I'll have to wait until next year, because I don't want to come in half way thru the year. I'm so worried, but all I can do is wait to get a call back.
