spent the day literally shoveling old toys out of the basement. at one point in time it flooded pretty bad in there, so all of the stuff that was on the ground was moldy, and the bottoms of lots of the boxes were deteriorated.
and there were spiders and beetles and centipedes crawling in it. Never was I so thankful for my shovel as when I laid eyes on them.
there were a few tubs of (SUPER LEGIT) toys that survived, and shall be put on the garage sale, simply because we have no use for them haha.
weights tonight. torn between actually showering or just changing clothes... i smell disgusting from working downstairs and sweating repeatedly yesterday, but I'm only going to get sweaty again tonight... (summer=changing into a lazy outfit one day, sleeping in it, and wearing it again the next day because no one's going to be smelling me when i stay at home all day)
& not from the weights stuff. i finally talked mom into helping me switch bike seats (I had a $20 one on my old bike that was much more comfortable than the new one) so I'm biking more ^^ i'm hoping to do four miles by Monday.
even ordered a bike rack so there's a way to get it to Iowa with me this fall. Besides using it to get to covey, I'd also like to ride it to work when the weather's nice, and go for joy rides in the early morning.
leaving in half an hour. blargh.
