what a peaceful morning. Woke up to thunderstorms, and have taken my time getting up. And now that we got a new router, we have (totally awesome) internet so I can check up on things before I even get out of bed. :]
food has been bothersome lately. If someone has made a giant batch of baked goods, I inhale it without thinking. And if I'm awesome at NOT eating all day, I still have a crash at the end of the day. gonk guess some things never change. I was totally fine in college and didn't have crashes at all.
definition of a crash: eating everything in sight, even though you're not hungry but just want to eat.
last night's included a tootsie pop, granola bar, two glasses of chocolate (syrup) milk, a chunk of chicken, a tootsie roll and piece of hard candy, a bowl of cereal, and a hot pocket.
the remedy, of course, is to have protein-packed snacks during the day.
but I'm only so creative with a bunch of eggs and disgusting sandwich meat.
and when I buy peanuts, they're inhaled by my parents before I even get a handful.
the best diet plan for me would be four 350-calorie meals through the day. Problem is, not a lot of foods are less than that. (=no food variety)
blargh.
