break is going good at home, today was supposed to be a quick afternoon grocery shopping trip but it turned into all five members of the family converging in town and ending the evening at Pizza Ranch before heading home.

slipped on a patch of ice getting out of the pickup (which i hate driving, btw... grrr.) and hit my back on the running board. now i have this awesome-looking bruise that's super huge... actually, it's red now, but i'm gonna take pictures of it every day because by the time it's healed it'll have had some pretty wicked awesome colors, i can assure you.

pahaha.



... there are some people out there that make me a certain kind of upset.

like, an "i really want your life" kind of upset. like a "how did you get this? i want it sooo freaking badly" kind of upset.


blarrrgh.

i should seriously quit trolling said people on facebook. xD


making hyperprogress on the book i've been reading since june or july (at latest early august...).

quirky memory associated with said book: i'm all in a tizzy because this is after everything else this summer, and it's at the fair. i've been there all morning, I'm bored, so I go to my car, roll down the windows and get comfortable, and start reading this book. Half an hour later, a certain someone drives up and parks not so far away. of course, said person doesn't see me, but I'm all like, "WHAAAAT?!... hehe :]" and just keep reading. of course, when the car blocking my view of that person's car leaves, i snap a picture of it. just to remember the summer by.

ahahahahaha.

still have that photo, too...


book is stellar. Insomnia by Stephen King. Aunt also got me his newest one (which i wanted to read as soon as I saw King on the Today Show one morning being interviewed about the book) about what would've happened if JFK hadn't really died that day in 1963.



i'd post a picture of my epic battle wound for the online world, but I didn't realize my back was so... freckly.

like seriously, the bruise is framed PERFECTLY by two freckles. *.*
