This drew the attention of even stronger hollows, and his life became a life-or-death battle. His continuous craving to live and to fulfill his wish managed to bring him out of every fight, though not always in the best condition.
It was back then, when Aizen was in control of the entire Hollow World, that he became an Arrancar with the help of the villain. He seemed to be promising, but turned out to be too weak compared to the other Espada that were artificially created. He was banished back into the sands of Hueco Mundo, his life not even worth enough to be put out. He swore on his life that he would show he was good enough to become an Espada, and even though it was hard evolving in the plain fields of sand-dunes, Amir got closer and closer to the strength of the Espada.
When he finally felt like he was on an equal level and he thought he had a chance, it turned out that Aizen and all the Espada had been executed. With other strong Arrancar, they created the group of Espada again, not letting his hard work go to waste.

Before she realized it, she was sort of locked in her own room, to prevent her from catching any more diseases. Yomi spent 2 years doing nothing but studying. However, one day she got the motivation and started to work out in her own room. She would do push-ups and sit-ups regularly, and even though it was very difficult and straining at first, her body got stronger and stronger as weeks passed. A year later, a completely healthy and strong Yomi stepped out of the house, ready to finally enjoy normal life. It was only two months to live it all out because on that fateful day she ran out to the street to save a small kid, a truck hit her and after a few days of suffering in the local hospital, she passed away as a teenager.

Her strength couldn't be unnoticed and some of the villagers reported her oddly good skills to some soul reapers that wandered in the nearby forest after exterminating an other hollow. The soul reapers met with Yomi, and invited her to the Academy, after seeing that she was indeed very strong and hard-working.

Rei grew up in a small village of Rukongai. She had a very feminine body back then as well, and despite her age, the older men in the village often tried to get advance of her. After a couple defeats she decided to escape from the village. This was about when she was still a teenager. She found an other village, with fairly hospitable villagers - however, fights were everyday-things there. With the help of some of her new friends she grew stronger and stronger, day by day, adjusting to the new conditions.
After a few years, a group of shinigami paid the small village a visit. They stayed and watched the fights, picking the promising ones to take them to the Shinigami Academy. Rei was in the first chosen ones and managed to get into the academy. She succeeded in every subject, but her teachers didn't approve of the disrespective girl. With the help of some of her new friends she grew stronger and stronger, day by day, adjusting to the new conditions.

He then closed his heart towards everyone and swore he would never ever trust anybody again. He claims he doesn’t need friends and whenever this subject comes up, he gets aggressive. When he went to university, the other students hoped to get help from him but he rejected all of them. However, once he let a single girl get close to him, as their personalities were really similar, only that the girl was willing to befriend him. However, once she invited him to a party, and he got confident, and went there. The others pulled a prank on him and he ran away angrily. The girl, who didn’t know things would turn out like this, ran after him, and tried to apologize to him. He turned back, and grabbed her by the neck. The next thing he knew was that the girl was shot in the heart from behind him. Blood sprayed on his face and clothes as he let go of the lifeless body. In the meantime, her secret boyfriend showed up, and as he didn’t know what happened, blamed it all on him. He pulled out a knife and before Isao could even react, he was stabbed several times in the guts.
He woke up in Soul Society and turned against everyone. He went to the forest and tried living on, but failed. A soul reaper found him, passed out. As he sensed some reiatsu in him, he decided to take him to the Academy.

After a while he had been called a weirdo, bookworm, and the children started making fun of him, leaving him alone. He then closed his heart towards everyone and swore he would never ever trust anybody again. He claims he doesn’t need friends and whenever this subject comes up, he gets aggressive. When he went to university, the other students hoped to get help from him but he rejected all of them. However, once he let a single girl get close to him, as their personalities were really similar, only that the girl was willing to befriend him. However, once she invited him to a party, and he got confident, and went there. The others pulled a prank on him and he ran away angrily. The girl, who didn’t know things would turn out like this, ran after him, and tried to apologize to him. He turned back, and grabbed her by the neck. The next thing he knew was that the girl was shot in the heart from behind him. Blood sprayed on his face and clothes as he let go of the lifeless body. In the meantime, her secret boyfriend showed up, and as he didn’t know what happened, blamed it all on him. He pulled out a knife and before Isao could even react, he was stabbed several times in the guts.
He woke up in Soul Society and turned against everyone. He went to the forest and tried living on, but failed. A soul reaper found him, passed out. As he sensed some reiatsu in him, he decided to take him to the Academy.

He lived a very average life in Rukongai, by an old lady. However, after a few years he got bored with his lifestyle and left his 'grandma' to search for adventure. He found it when he bumped into a group of soul reapers, cleansing the nearby forest from hollows. With a shrug of his shoulder he walked up to them to inquire about their jobs when the hollow lashed out and took him.
His next memory was that he woke up at the old woman's place, his ribs hurting badly. Despite his injuries he got up to see the soul reapers again. After not finding them for a week, he gave up on his plan, and returned to his normal lifestyle. As he grew older, he became stronger and he used to protect the villagers from the hollows that occasionally popped up. This caught the soul reapers' attention and they offered him a place in the Shinigami Academy.
Toshi asked for a few days to think about it, and turned down their offer - he was needed here, and if they took him to that Academy he wouldn't be able to protect the people in the village. One night he woke up to suspicious noises but immediately he was seized. He was dragged to the Academy and never managed to get back to Rukongai for his time in the Academy. He never got to know why or who took him to the Academy. After he finished, he was allowed to return to the small village, but it was all empty. He found a letter in which the old lady told him about that after Toshi was no longer in village, the people decided to leave the small village for a bigger town with better security. Toshi returned to the Seireitei with a smile on his face, knowing that he was no longer needed in the village, and that they would survive without his help.
Toshi didn't need to strive hard in the Academy for good results and of course this caught the attention of some higher-ups. He was excellent in Kidou and swordsmanship, and his agility and speed were also fascinating. He was offered a rank among the better soul reapers, and not knowing better, he accepted and filled the spot. He was often sent to errands in the World of the Living, so he knows much about the humans' lives.[/i]
