Just a recipe I thought I should share 4laugh
3 tablespoons soft margarine/butter 1/2 cup white sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar pinch of salt 1 egg 2 bottle-caps of vanilla essence (can be imitation) as many chocolate chips as you want (try using 250g) 2 cups self-raising flour
Cream the margarine/butter with sugar. Add pinch of salt. Mix in the egg with the vanilla essence. Toss in the chocolate chips and fold in the flour. Cook at 180 degrees (fan forced) for 8 minutes if you want them soft and 15 minutes if you want them hard.
