If you have not been keeping up with the Glittersniffer Cosmetics ******** the most recent development is the FDA investigation. While the FDA does not actually have the power to punish Lela Warren it's a step in the right direction.
The FDA has been contacting GS customers in person and over telephone with questions to how Lela Warren conducted the recall. They are also very interested with injuries caused by her products.
It looks like (surprise, surprise) that Lela is not cooperating with the investigation. She is also hiding out from her former customers, as usual.
In other news Google Checkout is no longer doing business with Glittersniffer Cosmetics and has been issuing refunds left and right. How this will further effect refunds I do not know. After Paypal dropped GS she claimed she was unable to issue any refunds. Since EVERYTHING she attempts to mail gets lost in the post snail mailing checks is not an option (LMAO).
How will this effect GS's business? Is it finally done for good or will Lela move on to a new scheme? It looks as though she may have been selling off her personal Facebook page (which she was previously banned for doing).
