Ingredients
Whole Chicken, cut up, raw, approximately 3 lbs
2/3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper, black
2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
1/2 cup milk (not included in nutritional count)
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in medium bowl. Pour into ziploc baggie.
In second medium bowl pour milk.
Place one or two pieces of chicken in the milk to coat then place in the ziploc baggie with flour mixture.
Place in baking dish and repeat until with remaining chicken pieces.
Melt butter and pour over entire chicken.
Bake for 1 hour.
This is great served with steamed veggies and potatoes.
