Please wear purple on the 20th of October. A number of boys have recently taken their lives because they were harassed for being gay, or perceived to be gay. On October 20th, we will tell bullies that they can't hurt us. We will tell those being bullied that it does get better. We will tell the world that we have spirit. And that is why we wear purple. Purple on the LGBTQ flag represents spirit, and that's something we're never not going to have.
Please support the LGBTQ community and wear purple on the 20th.
