heya! I realized I completely forgot to tell you about Sioux Falls!
'twas really fun, even though Britt and I didn't do our salute (long story... hah. ^^). soooo now we're doing it at homecoming! totally odd, but hey, i wanna do it once before i graduate.
now on to homecoming festivities! this week has been flying by, and it still hasn't hit me that it's homecoming. I think tomorrow it will, because I'll be dressing up for it. in what, i don't really know. but something strange, nonetheless. x]
*reveals secret project because quite honestly there's not a whole lot going on that's very exciting right now* I'MA MAKING A REBEL HAT!! whee suckish quality compared to my halloween one last year, but i plan to use it in the parade. Rather, Alex will. I might wear it the rest of the day, though... *shrugs* dunno. prolly pawn it off for $20 obo. It'll have cool silver decals to cover my my sheer laziness, and a feather like the mascot's hat has. Only I have two feathers- one their colors, the other, ours. ^^ Not at the same time, of course, but yeah... right now i just need to sew on the inside part and the top, along with the decals.
funny i took an hour off from everything......
yesterday was amazing as far as no homework (!!), tonight got a crapload to to. and a sore throat... =/
countdown:
1&2. field marching in maynard. went by pretty fast, made some epic progress~
Homeroom: let's just kill "Sharp" (actually, he's quite dull... hah.) and stuff him in a closet and hope the janitors don't notice the scent of rotting flesh for a few weeks. making progress on the float, too, but still having a few issues... *facepalmsmeargroan*
3. spanish..... went good, i guess. nervous for terms quiz tomorrow (i suck at that kinda stuff), and she just piled on the homework. o.O? which is really odd because usually she doesn't give us any. *shrugs*
4. world history...... blargh that quiz today she gave us was hard, really really really not looking forward to the giant test tomorrow.
5. finally got the assignment sheet. heart still review, too...~
6. dunno what to say about academic writing.... pretty much a pain because i want to move around, or at least sit on top of the desk because i think better there, but none of the teachers let me do that so then i get all anxious and i can't focus and crap like that..... grr.
7. quiz thing today went good, finished that hw before i left school.
8. webpage. couldn't focus worth a crap, ended up just lazing around all hour lol. fine by me though- i'm super ahead of everyone anyways. ^^
blargh.
OH! and i accidentally-on-purpose invited a certain someone to the annual halloween bash that shioko & d throw. oh how i love it... jenna reminded me that that's how we got to know sunny was through the accidental invitation to the halloween thing... xD in any case, it's a long story that i don't really feel like talking about here.
break time is almost over. i really really need to study...
