Description - Travis is tall for his age, and he's only going to get taller. Everyone in his family is tall (except for his Aunt Martha), so it's no surprise. What is a surprise is Travis' black, wavy hair. His mother and sisters are red heads, and his father has brown hair. Travis gets his hair from his grandfather, and he's pretty much the only one who does. His eyes are straight from his father, so that staved off any thoughts of infidelity on his mother's part. Travis is a quarter Irish *his mother is half*, so while he doesn't burn, he doesn't tan easily either. He's a muscular guy; a few years of marching band combined with the high activity required to run the ranch pretty much guarantees it.
Clothing - Travis' clothes can run the gambit of fashion, but he does have a few items he wears pretty much all the time. One is a four leaf clover pin, made from a real four leaf clover Travis found when he was a child. He always has it somewhere on him, usually pinned to his collar or shirt, though sometimes it will be on his bag or the waist of his pants.
The other item is the leather bag he wears. His grandfather made it for him a few years ago, and Travis uses it for just about anything and everything. It's a bit worn, but it was made well, so it's not going to fall apart anytime soon.

Personality - Travis is a bit of a loner, and follows the golden rule. Namely, if you're cool with him, he'll be cool with you. Some people think he's a bit slow since he has a drawl to his voice, but Travis is actually very intelligent. His best subjects are ones he can move in, but he's no slouch in his other classes. He has a good work ethic from working on the ranch, and he's a good kid in general. He's a take charge kinda guy, which is why he's SL for his section. He doesn't take crap from anyone, guy or girl, though he won't get physical unless he's really, really pissed off. Luckily for those who bait him, Travis has a very even temperament. Years of dealing with siblings and finicky horses have given him thick skin and a cool head under pressure.
Character History - Travis was born and raised on the Logann ranch, along with his three siblings: an older brother who's away at college, and younger twin sisters. Travis is set to take over the ranch when his father decides to pass it on; his older brother decided it wasn't for him. Despite this, Travis still wants an education of his own; he loves music, and wants to pursue a Ph.D in it. His family is giving him full support.

Abilities
Travis knows how to play the piano, the baritone, and the tenor saxophone. He's fairly talented at all three instruments, with piano being his best.
He also knows how to ride horses and take care of them, and he has a head for business.
Travis took basic martial arts classes when he was a kid, but the lessons haven't really stuck with him. It does make him a bit more dangerous than your average unarmed teen, though, especially since Travis has a lot of strength behind him.
Equipment - Travis has a leather bag his grandpa made him, a lucky four leaf clover pin, and a tenor sax.
Companions - Travis has no real close friends since he's still fairly new at school, but he does have a mare he favors and a barn cat who likes to sleep on his bed.
