Do you ever stop and wonder, what the meaning of life really is? There are many opinions, and some people claim they have the answer, but does anyone really know the true meaning?

I wonder, all the time, about the meaning of life. When I'm relaxing in bed, or taking a shower, or in the car driving along, those are times I usually think. And those are the kinds of things I think about.

But, we all want to know what the meaning is, but will we ever? Maybe it's best if we don't know, because maybe the truth is too hard to handle, or maybe the truth is too good to imaging and believe. Sometimes I wonder if anybody has it right. There are many different opinions on that, does one of those people have it right?

I always ask myself, "What happens when we die?" Again, there are many "answers" for that as well, but does anyone TRUTHFULLY know? Has anyone actually died, and then saw what happened, and then came back to tell? Is it different for everybody, or the same for everybody?

I think about it like this, I think that if you're good your whole life, but make some mistakes, because we all can't be perfect, when you die you get to choose if you want to just be in a place that people on Earth call "heaven," or if you want to come back to Earth as another living creature. Then the people that are bad their whole life and don't ever say sorry or regret their mistakes, I think they get to go to the place Earth calls "Hell." or they can come back to Earth as something they hated all of their life. That's my therory. Is it true? Nobody knows for sure. Everyone has their own opinion on life, and opinions are great. But sometimes, people go overboard and believe anything because they want answers.

People often ask me on Gaia if I'm religious. The answer to that, is no I am not. Because I have my own opinions. It's fine if you do, I won't hate you. I'm not that way. But I don't want others telling me that not having a religion is bad, because in a way, I do have my OWN religon. I can't pick between religions because their are definentially things they say that I believe, and some things I just can't believe.

Do I pray? Yes. Do I believe their is a heaven/hell? Yes.

Praying makes me feel good inside, wether anyone can "hear" it or not. My Grandma passed away about a year ago, and it made me terribly sad. I speak to her though, wether she can hear me or not, I do it. Sometimes, doing those things makes a person feel good, even if their mind doesn't believe it will work. Like, for instance, hope that cancer will go away. In the person's mind they know that it is still there and they are going to adventually die from it, but in their body they stay strong and fight and live and don't let themselves down, because it makes them feel better. It makes them feel like they are doing something, to help them. And in most cases, with cancer, if you have a positive attitude and don't just bring yourself down, you live longer. Like my grandma, she lived a few years past her "experation date" the doctor gave her. She was a real fighter, and one of the best women in my life.

Another thing I want to say, is that I think if people gave positive comments to good people once in a while, it would make everyone just so happy. One little nice comment to someone, can make their whole day. Like, for instance, if you work with someone you really enjoy, (This I learned from my mother, another best woman in my life) tell them, "You know, I really like working with you." It may seem like nothing, but to them I bet it's something. And they might really be happy that whole day, or longer. Don't be afraid to say things like that, because it can really make them happy. Don't be afraid of being "dorky" or "nerdy." Even if the person you said it to thinks your strange for saying it, inside they are feeling happy and they are glad you said that.
