today was stressfull and exciting at the same time, toward the begging of my day i got to spend time with my uncle and my aunt who i havent seen in a while, we went to the movies and saw dispicable me, apparently we wer the only ones in our particular theatrer who had a sense of humor >.>
after that we went swiming while waiting for the time to go to my martial arts testing. (for you whos brains arnt very big martil arts is the same thing as karatey just i think karatey is a childish name for it) my mom my sister and aunt trish had fun watching me and uncle throw down in the pool, i won, as usual, i left claw marks ;D.
so we left way to early, like a hour early. when we arived at the studio it was raining cats and dogs, my sister was freekin out, i thought it was funny, she also flipped out in the middle of our testing, she sat out for a quarter of it, she was testing for her orange belt, i was testing for my green belt. the ranks of the belt from lowest to highest goes like this: white belt, white belt with a stripe, orange, orange with a stripe, green, (what i tested for) green with a stripe, green with two stripes, red, red with a stripe, red with two stripes, i think theres a red with three stripes, and then your dan, unlike others, our hight of the ranks isnt black, its a deep blue that looks like black xD once you get that though its not over, theres much more, four stripes then your a sam bom nim, aka master after that theres more idk those though. on my break, (i had to break an inch of wood) at first they gave me bad wood that had sat out in the rain, cuz aparently they saw i was knocking it out of my holders hand, they gave me a dry piece and i got it on my first try, my family members wer fortunetly able to snap a pic of the break, it was awesome, my sam bom nim who was there came up to my parents and told them how good he thought i performed. i know i passed! ;D i just have to turn in my written test, i already have half of it dun.
then there was the bad part of my day, i have alot of pets, and when i went to feed my lizards i came across somthing i didnt want to, my oldest bearded dragon, (thats the type of lizard it is) northwind is close to his end, hes had a good life though, a full one definitly, most beardies live to about 7 or 8 years, hes around 10 or 11. im watching him rite now and im gona sleep with him tonight, on the couch in my living room, im almost sure hes not gona make it through tonight but my animals are always fighters, so i realy dont know, i made sure he knows i love him i told him that it was okay to leave us no ones here forever, some of you are reading this and going ewwww! rite now, well f u, cuz what if you wer a lizard, would you wana be without love? thats what i thought!
what im looking forward to tomaro, i have a tournament for my martial arts studio, iv only gone to the first one, this is the fourth, im very excited last time i was around the age of 10 and won a 3rd place metal in my hyungs, (forms) this year im gona go out there and win me some gold metals for hyungs and sparing, (no contact fighting using soo bak do technique) i cant wait and i wont have to wait long, i hope that whatever happens with northwind wont impact my performance to much tomaro, but what will come my way will come my way...
