It's been a pretty crazy past few weeks. Have had a lot going on.
My Grammy is still progressively worse, in a way that is much to be expected. My Uncle isn't able to visit her regularly anymore, so we're going to see if she can be transfered to a nursing home closer to my family so we can go visit her instead. Currently it'd be almost an hour drive to go see her from where we live so it's not possible most days. sweatdrop
To add to all of this, a very dear friend of the family has taken ill also. Putting perspective to this - my Mom has been friends with my Godmother since they were in middle school. Here we are all a good 40 years later, all of our family is in touch with all of their family on a pretty regular basis. My Godmother's father, who is nearly 80 now, fell last week and now has been in the hospital for about a week with a head injury. It's been a roller coaster of improvements and scares with his recovery. His condition is still at that point where anything could happen, though we're all hoping for a speedy recovery.
Work is still dull - very dull! And lonely. I now work half my week completely alone gonk Thankfully they've agreed that it's ok for me to bring in movies to watch while working - hearing the conversation, keeping track of the plots helps keep me on task. Since I get done about 2x as much as anyone else, there was little room for argument. wink
I hope everyone who reads this is doing well! heart
Cheers,
Dri

Sorry to hear that your grandmother isn't doing well. Seeing family do poorly is always hard. Good luck on getting her into a closer nursing home!
