so. This summer I'll be taking two trips to DC.
This poses several problems at home.
During my first trip, our church is having VBS, which April has asked me to take pics all week for then make a presentation on Sunday. I would absolutely LOVE to do that, but now I can't.
During my second trip, I will be missing being the drum major for our two biggest marching events of the summer. I will also not be able to be the pianist for the jazz band later that same week. I have dreamed of doing both of these things for ages, but now I can't.
WHAT ELSE CAN GO WRONG?!?!?!
I'll be skipping a day of the state fair, too, so I can at least direct the harvest fest thing at the end of august.
In other news, Austin and Ramee are FINALLY together!!!!!! whee rofl only took them, what, 3 years? xD I'm so happy for them~ they make a cute couple lol.
The play today (South Pacific at the Ordway) was okay. Tech was awesome, and the singing was awesome, and the chiseled sailors w/o shirts were TEH SHIZ (xDD), but the storyline sucked. I felt the whole thing was the startings of a great show, but it wasn't there yet. It was almost like there wasn't really a climax to this show... *shrugs*
church tomorrow. for once nothing going on monday.
maybe some rest?
