He's the guy found in Ravenholm toting around a modified shotgun, who built all the traps you use to destroy zombies. It's a Maxis based recolor so there's no mesh to worry over, and it's basegame.
He really doesn't get along with the Zombie-neighbor, Bob, it seems. I'm not sure why...
