Hello there! Here are two recolors of the awesome Headcrab Accessory by The_French_Sim. I used the Beta version of the headcrab for one skin, and a 'cleaned texture' for the other. So no you can have ultra bloody headcrabs or squeaky clean ones.
Here you can see them in better detail. It should be obvious which one is the 'clean' version... I hope. In order to make this work you must download the mesh by The_French_Sim at Insimenator, just click here!
