Biography:
Auryn was born and raised in Hearthome City, and is thusly appreciative of beauty. He practically lived with the Gym Leader, Fantina; mostly because his father, Avery, was away on business a lot of the time. When he was about ten years old, Fantina introduced Auryn to a well-known Breeder/Trainer; Riley. The man had high hopes in Auryn as a trainer and allowed him to study under him for a number of years. Just before Riley left Hearthome, he entrusted Auryn with his most beloved Lucario. Soon after his departure, Auryn learned that his father was the leader of the infamous Chimera Corp, a company that was experimenting with combining Pokemon species to make them better, and became interested in his work. This is how he met Zack, who had been working alongside Avery for some years.
After the death of his father, Auryn was certain that Zack was to be the next leader of Chimera Corp, but was thoroughly surprised to learn that Avery had named him as his successor in his will. There was a small period of unrest between Zack and Auryn after Avery's death, but soon Auryn came to revere Zack as an "older brother", and Zack grew to respect Auryn's position, even if he didn't like it.
Currently, Chimera Corp is still working on the splicing and recombining of Pokemon DNA, but the research has only begun....
Personality:
I dislike speaking because no one listens anyway, and I dislike listening because I do them the same favor. I tend to be narcissistic and naive to a fault. If I do speak it will often be a one-worded statement that gets my point across precisely, and Lucario will speak for me if needed. The only person I truly listen to is Zack for obvious reasons. He wouldn't still be a member of Chimera Corp if I didn't trust him. I tend to be a bit defiant and a loner, often going off on my own without telling the rest of the team, and I have a habit of disappearing when I'm needed. Zack always knows where I am because he'll be the first other than Lucario to know I'm leaving.
Extras:
I have an unhealthy dislike of women, that being said, all of my Pokemon are male. I have a tattoo that spans my entire back. Guess where the inspiration came from? I am obsessed in beauty in all forms. You don't need to tell me that my collection of Pokemon is the most beautiful you've ever seen because, chances are, I already know. I dislike being touched on my hips. Lucario is my best friend, Zack running a close second. I don't like many people, and I probably don't like you either. I have a huge painting of Arceus in my office. We all have our dreams of legendary Pokemon, the difference is, Zack and I can actually attain ours.Pokemon Team:
