BLAH. So yeah, Friday was definitely a hangover for everyone in school.
Boys lost their first game of the season, 71-76, Thursday night.
It was incredibly intense to watch (screaming so loud and not hearing yourself, employing weird distraction tactics for the opponents' free throws, etc.), and afterwards lots of people were tearing up (& others chose to get angry)....
The next day at school out of the eighty-some seniors only 28 came to school.
The rest, excluding the basketball players, are having their senior privileges diminished a bit.
Everyone was super-tired, yet strung up on monster cookies. The weather also played a part of everyone's mood- cloudy and icky all day.
Skipped out early to get my new glasses, go to the chiro, and head to work after a short stop at Walmart to get some Mexico supplies. Overseer was a b***h- made me keep my phone on the counter where she could see it when I was working. The only reason she did that was because I walked into work with it open. stare so the whole time I didn't know what time it was & I was super-careful not to get locked out because then I would've had a case on my hands. *sigh* not looking forward to next month, have to start that super-messy place that takes forever again.
Saturday I woke up early to do hw, went to the (totally awesome w/ delicious cheesecake) play(s) in the afternoon with a very intimate atmosphere (barely anyone there), went home, then Nancy Harms concert that night. It was okay- Usually I'm not a fan of jazz because it all sounds the same to me. rolleyes unfortunately that opinion held true the entire time... *shrugs*
having a few prom-related issues. Going to pick out flowers today, though. ^^
School on Monday (urasgakjenrt;kaefdjgvsodghshjrekfawkabkl), they'll have two 5-day weeks in a row. o.o;;.... thankfully I'll be in Mexico lol. =D
EDIT: nvm. Next week they don't have Thursday or Friday for Easter "break". Lol the spanish trip will be back in time to enjoy a nice break. heart
speaking of which, I need to start planning for it. I need to find a few more things (though I'm mostly set) and today I'll make a list of outfits/necessities so I know what's going on.
picky? I think so.
...... the shirt I'm wearing needs to be ironed. The sleeves make it look like I have freaking wings.
