The Beginning of The End

Murmurs rose from the crowd of Genome Soldiers, all gathered in the Metal Gear Rex hanger. "Excuse me? Did I just hear voices of dissatisfaction? Mantis." Psycho Mantis then hovered over the crowd, and using his psychokinesis, brought them all under control. Cheers then replaced the murmurs. "Now, I want no mercy given to the prisoner. He's destroyed two bases bent on our objective before. If he suddenly disappears from his cell, I want full force protection on the Rex Hangar and the surrounding entrances and exits." A group of Genome Soldiers then walked away, heavily armed, wearing body armor and helmets. "We will not lose this revolution. We mustn't." Liquid then put his coat on, buttoned it, and walked into the storage facility. "Damn this place's broken heating unit."
