This, my friends, is Piper.
Really, his name is Piperel Kallima, and he's 17, so this happens a little while after the animated series, or it could be in the comics. His hair is silver gray, and he has blue skin, black eyes, and six arms, each with only four fingers, including his thumb.
His power is he generates poisonous gas inside his body, which usually comes out as colored smoke. The effects can vary, from being a smokescreen, to killing someone in seconds. He breathes it out.
His personality is, he's full of sarcasm, dry wit, and humor at the cost of his enemies. He treats things like a joke, and yet, keeps others at arms length, even if it seems he's friends.
Adept at manipulating people, even without his power.
Suffers from severe claustrophobia.
