Stephen was originally a meek, 15-year-old victim of violent bullying and abuse. He was super short and scrawny (think malnourished) until he was somewhat beefed up by magical means. An orphan, he lived at the church-run orphanage in town since he was seven, and always viewed Mags (who had lived there her entire life) as a big sister and protector. He was dragged unceremoniously away from his solitary bubble by Damon, who demanded that he get out more, and was rescued from bullies by Damon and Kaleb on more than one occasion. He had a special hate for Eric, who watched him be beaten and molested when he was younger but never did anything about it, and stopped trusting Grace after she tried to smother Mags to death when Mags was in a coma. He had a living stone gargoyle (named Tahl) that became his confidant and close companion before he was shot through a time paradox - and it was revealed that Tahl had been Stephen the whole time.
Now, Stephen is much older than the rest of the Band, due to the time travel paradox - he is literally 2500+ years old, and appears to be in his mid-twenties, with a Dr. House-style eternal five-o'clock shadow and many wear-and-tear scars. He has expressed his romantic feelings for Mags (and they are a couple now), and has shown what might pass as forgiveness for Eric after his 2500-year experience in the past. He still does not trust Grace.
Essential Items: Earrings, rock bracelet
Optional Items: Claws, rolled-up med satchel, hoodie (student only), additional bracelets
Wardrobe: In Bale Rock, aside from his worn, secondhand, loose-fitting uniform, he wore oversized hand-me-downs and other clothing found in an orphanage. Currently, living in Egypt - outside of Cairo, he'll wear a simple white tunic; within Cairo he'll either stick with that or just wear whatever was cheap, low-key and available, possibly with Aztec/Mexican/earthy accents.
