Happy Holidays? Ummm... What do you mean by that? Are you referring to all the holidays? Okay, then Happy Holidays to you too. No? You're referring to Christmas? Then why not say "Merry Christmas?" You're afraid that it'll hurt someone? Seriously?

Has anyone really explained the true meaning of Christmas to you? Has anyone said "Merry Christmas" or "Happy birthday to Jesus"? No? Well let me be the one to tell you...

Two thousand years ago, a baby was born. Now you're probably thinking, "Why make a huge fuss over a child? He's just a baby." Yes, He was a baby, but not just any baby, but Jesus Christ. He is God's Son that came to Earth to free us of our sins. It's that simple. Lord Jesus Christ was born some two thousand years ago and grew up to become a teacher, and a carpender, of course, because His Earthly dad, Joseph, was one! Mary wasn't even married to Joseph when Jesus was close to being born... Which didn't help their reps much, but now they're famous for being Jesus's Earthly parents! That's why it's called Christmas. Christ was born.
