Chapter 6 Part 2 Protection
I looked over to what happen to Alandra, as did the skulls.
Instead of seeing a cut through Alandra, Lesth’s ears were bleeding.
“Ahh, what the heck did you do?”
“I used my wind magic to cause a sonic boom and increase it sharpness to damage your hearing down to a normal level.”
“Ugh,” Lesth said as he grabbed his Neko ears, “I am going to kill you. Increase Barrier Levels.” His barrier’s changed from a purple color to a green one and he seemed to go crazier. “Ha now you can’t use your magic to harm me and you are to far to reach. Go my minion.”
His skulls began to start increase in size, speed and power.
Dodging them became harder for every time we dodged one the other came to smack us down and the other one would increase in size each time.
Soon Lesth started to talk, “You should just give up, why won’t you give up?”
“Why do you care?” I asked.
“All my life whenever I tried hard, I never got anything done and I watched in envy as others manage to complete all I wanted to do at just the snap of a finger.”
“Slowly my family began caring less about me and had me just laze around. They said I never had to do anything for I’d just get in the way.”
“What they didn’t know nor care to check was that I was born with a rare mixtures of disorders causing me to have low bone count, muscle count, and other things and it caused my skin to become this instantly despite my heritage here in Africa.”
“Soon they were forcing me down and I just gave up not strong enough to be like my brothers, not respectable enough for my parents. It started to eat me.”
I started to see how bad it got for him, but still how did he become this strong. I manage to dodge both them notice something.
“Then,” he continued, “as the Magic Outbreak happen, he came to me, he saved me, he gave me strength, he allowed my revenge, he gave me what I wanted.”
“Navimle.” I answered.
“Correct and soon I not only was strong, but I could do it without having to move or do anything.”
“Now, I will give him, The Supreme One, his wish of your death.”
“Oh, will you shut up.”
He looked to see I was next to him and manage to cut his chest, but nothing fatal.
“How?” He said and saw.
I had the skulls continue to grow till they were both tall enough for me to jump on them and reach him.
He stepped back and growled.
“I…don’t…care…I…will…end you.” He lifted his staff up to the air and chanted something then his eyes opened and lights began to shot out of his eyes, ears, and mouth as the skulls went towards their master and fused together into an armor being.
“Gwahahahaha, I will destroy you, I will destroy everything for The Supreme One.” He said in a sort demonic voice.
He swung at a super fast speed sending many spells toward us.
We dodged and try to counter with our magic, but a barrier appeared. I tried physical attacks, but they were also ineffective. We tried multiple things, but failed.
“I am invincible. Nothing and nobody can’t hurt me.”
“Hmm, Alandra I want you to blast him when I attack this time.” She nodded in understanding.
I ran up jumping all over the place then attacked him with my blades hitting his barrier then Alandra hit with her Water magic. I took some damage, but it help confirm my theory.
His barrier broke, but when it did, I fell backwards in the after shock then his barrier would grow back in manners of 2-3 seconds.
Based on the surroundings and Alandra’s status, it looked like we could only get one more shot like that then we’d only be able to run…at best.
Then I heard something shift behind me and saw a figure moved behind Lesth’s throne.
I looked to see if they were our allies or not. Then I looked over to where the figure was and saw a thin piece of metal that was different to the gold on the ground. I knew what to do.
“Alandra, I need you to trust me and help me take down his shield on more time.”
“Why, we can’t do anything afterwards.”
“We can’t, but I believe a miracle will happen.” I said with a smile.
She stared at me in disbelief, then said, “Fine, but if we die. I’ll strangle you for the rest of eternity.”
We charged and performed a final attack. I decided to test something. I ran straight at him them mumbled an incantation my sword then had electricity flowing through them to increase power and Alandra send off her wind spells to increase the sharpness of my blades.
I struck and broke through, but could only gaze him, but manage to get everything just right.
“GWAHAHAHAHA! That was it? Fine then die.” He came at me ready to claw me, but then as the feeling of pain touched my chest, he stopped and screamed in pain as needles, much like the one I found, started to stab his back.
