Old Memories Can't seem to break away from remembering the past. Guess it's cuz I'm the type that looks back at the memories like looking at a photo album that cannot be erased. Which is probably why I have such a hard time forgetting the painful times and memories filled with regret. Even if I don't focus on it with my heart, my stomach still tightens itself in a knot.
