[.AuD.
The only evidence the prosecution is a blurry video of someone. Any blonde male npc (i.e.-LIAM) could dress in a common outfit like Ian's and have done that, they don't even have a shot of his face, so that alone is faulty evidence.
I'll admit, the prosecution does seem to have him by the you know what's with that finger print, but think about it, once again, a finger print on a melted medicine bottle? That's no evidence, the fingerprint could very easily be distorted, no way to tell if it's truly Ian's.
Also, the prosecutions questions are clearly out of line. The subject(s) of the question more than not can't simply be answered yes or no without reasoning behind the answer, or else the answer would be taken by the court in a completely incorrect way.
Example. On day two when P-bot is questioning Leon, first off, he's asking irrelevant questions. Secondly, this p-bot is twisting the answers, as Leon would be well known (and is) throughout "Gaia" and to be at the head ranking that he is there have to be a good amount of npc's that he knows as well, and being that Leon is centralled in Barton, he's bound to know Ian very well. Though P-bot is trying to disprove that.
Example 2. On day two this is from Moira's questioning:
P-bot : Isn't it true that Ian has gotten progressively MORE violent since Sasha started showing an interest in Gino Gambino?
Moira : Well, sure but still, I think that's only natural when someone doesn't know how to deal with their feelings ... I mean--
P-bot : YES or NO. Did Ian get more violent since Gino Gambino came into the picture?
Moira : ... yes
This is an example of a yes or no question that cannot be answered correctly without a follow-up statement from the witness. It is obvious that Ian would get upset, and more violent, but to say without clear cause that he would attack Gino, well that's just rediculous. The possibility and chance that are necessary to make such statement are getting ignored, and in a case like this, one simply can't do that, it leaves a gaping hole of speculation and estimation.
And the P-bot has been treating the case this way since day one.

I'm curious if how many people are going vote innocent. Probably more than guilty.
In my opinion you're just all afraid of change. If you do vote guilty a new NPC will come in and there will be some event about it most likely which equals items for you.
The point is guys you're in denial
And ladies you just all think he's so good looking
They've clearly proven he has a couple motives
All defense has gotten too was "He wouldn't hurt a fly"
Those "wouldn't hurt a fly" guys kill people all the time, Read the newspapers people!

Well, my good...person, I wouldn't care about the items. I just want him in jail after what bad stuff he did stressed I saw the video and believe me, it was him in that tape (I have REALLY good eyes when I look closely at the screen), and it IS his handprint on the Pill-can. Hence the "Match: IAN"
You can't get fingerprints of something so badly damaged as that, the plastic would have covered it or just outright burned off, the videotape is missing 1 minute of footage, the "Ian" in the picture has BLOND hair (not brown), the fire oddly remains still, the fire is outside (it started inside..), the window is 4-paned and not 8-paned like in the manga of the fire, rufus is not with him (IAN = RUFUS, there's no way to separate em), and he's missing the leaf on his hat. So how is it Ian?
