The best lines from my group as we attempt to put together a presentation on the Beatles.
"I know nothing about the Beatles."
"There were...four of them, right?"
"One of the Beatles was murdered?"
"Let's see now...there was Lennon...McCarthy..."
*the day after a discussion on how the Beatles are becoming popular again* "You know what's weird? I saw something about the Beatles on TV last night!"
*about the British Invasion* "Oh yeah, there were a bunch of other groups that came from Britain at this time too, like the Monkees."
"I know there were four of them, but what are their names again?"
*tapping name on outline* "Yoko Ono. She was very bad."
And last, but certainly not least.......
*looks at outline and points at the name "Pete Best"* "So, this guy who left, Pete the Beast..."
