Early in the morning before school began, Takeshi and Shinobu were at one side of the room and Mizuki was by the window with Akito. All of them were murmuring among themselves. Takeshi glanced over at Mizuki, then at Shinobu.
"What are we gonna do? I've been hearing rumors about a new student joining us.. It might be Miyamoto.."
Shinobu sighed. "This is gonna be troublesome and hard to deal with... Miyamoto isn't the type to keep quiet..."
Just then, the teacher walked in by the front. Akito had already left to go to his class. "Good morning class. If you will settle down now, I have a new student that will be joining us starting today. She recently came here from England." He glanced out the door. "Will you come in?"
In came Miyamoto, wearing jeans with a white shirt. "Pleasure to meet everyone. I am Miyamoto Miyako. Please take care of me." She greeted the class with a bow. The class murmured among themselves, a little surprised that she spoke their language quite well. Of course, Takeshi and Shinobu were not surprised. They remember and know her quite well. The teacher glanced around the room. "Hmm... Ah. You can sit over there next to Aichi-san." He said, pointing to the empty seat by Mizuki. She raised her hand with a small smile. Miyako walked by Mizuki's desk and sat down. She grinned. "Hey there, Aichi. Pleased to meet your aquaintance" She said. Mizuki nodded, a bit shy. Class continued then.

LUNCH BREAK

For some reasons, Mizuki wounded up sitting by Miyako, who was all so happy and clinging by her side. She was busy talking about things that Mizuki couldn't really figure out. Her eyes were wandering the room, waiting for Akito to swing by. On the other side of the room, Takeshi and Shinobu were smirking.
"Well.. looks like we know Miyamoto hasn't changed." Said Shinobu.
Takeshi nodded. "Well? How did she take the info yesterday? You spoke to her about the situation?"
Shinobu hesitated. "Well.. yeah. She seemed sad for a brief moment but then she cheered up saying 'I won't give up!' that's the part of Miyamoto I've always known and liked."
Takeshi chuckled. "I suppose so."
He glanced over at the girls to see what was up for a while. They were silent for the time being... Was Mizuki ever going to regain her memories? On his instincts, he knew she can't just not remember them... He pondered to himself as well as wondering if Miyako's having any luck with Mizuki. Akito didn't show up today for lunch, that's for sure. Oh well.

AFTER SCHOOL

Miyako and Mizuki joined Shinobu and Takeshi outside the school gates.
"Is it really okay if you spend the day with us?" Asked Miyako.
Mizuki nodded. "Yeah.. Akito is sick today, and he asked that I not be lonely."
Miyako smiled. "Okay. Let's go karaoke then!" She grinned, tugging on Mizuki's hand.
Mizuki's eyes widened a little in surprise at a nostalgic, yet far warmth in her hand. Why did it feel faintly familiar? She couldn't put the pieces together...
In any case, the four group went to a shopping district through the station and have arrived at a karaoke place. Takeshi leaned over to Shinobu, "Hey... remind me why we're here today all together?" he whisper asked him.
"To have fun and to attempt to bring back Mizuki's memory." He answered with the same low volume.

The four of them went in and easily got a room. Thanks goodness Shinobu's aunt is the owner of this place, otherwise they'd have to wait until evening. About 3 hours later, all four of them left the building with a smile on their face. They were each walking together to head home. At one point, Takeshi and Miyako went together another way, leaving Takeshi and Mizuki to go the other. "See you guys at school tomorrow!" Called Miyako. Mizuki waved as she walked with Shinobu. Not much words were exchanged. Soon, Shinobu stopped at the front of Mizuki's house. "Oh.. This is my place." She said.
"..I know." He said.
Mizuki chuckled. "I suppose. Well, good night, Tsukiyomi." She said, walking in.
Shinobu looked after her for a moment, then ran home.
