Anyway... I've had my crappy phone for 2 years now. Yeah.
You see (get ready for a long rant) my dad promised me and my brothers ner cellphones last summer when we were revamping our so-called "beach house". I don't count it as a beach house because it's right next to my grandparents house. Plus the house creeps me out. It looks nice now but when you see what it was like before... you wouldn't like it either.
(Getting back on on-topic) So my dad said whoever did that most work will get a phone of their choice. Well, that didn't happen... so anyway, the new agreement was whoever made honor roll that marking period would get a phone of their choice. Well, that didn't happen either. He said we could get new phones in April (my b-day!! btw, on my profile it says my b-day is 4/10 when it's really 4/11, sorry). That didn't happen either. Do you see a patter, reader? While all of this is going on, me and m brothers were furious at our dad... X(
Our plan ends in August... so we can renew it a month earlier (gotta love Verizon) so now we keep bothering our dad about it because he did wrong by breaking his promises to us. Don't you hate that? It's one of my pet peeves.
Now, since it's July, we can get our phones now. My mom said we are going to a family reunion in Maryland tomorrow and we can go to Verizon in the morning because my dad swore we can get our phones sometime this week. The words came out of the mans mouth! My mom told me and my little brother that she'll make sure he sticks to his word (Our mom always is on our side). So wish me luck!
