Electric Fence for dogs?...or my brother? |

To start i must say my family is huge. I have a Brother, StepBrother, a Dad and a StepMom. And we have (get ready) 4 cats, 2 dogs, a fish, a bird, a snake, and ABOUT 18 rats. And the dogs are a German Sheperd (huge) and a chihuahua (tiny). The Sheperd, Riley, is quite smart, catches on quick, and has an overall good attitude. Then theres Dillian, the chihuahua. He pretty stupid. And pees inside the house. EVERYWHERE. So we got an invisible fence. (Because here, everyone has no fences, and the backyards are a huge plain of grass divided invisibly). So my StepBrother, Zack, has ADHD and gets bored easily. So he puts on Rileys collar (around his neck), runs outside, zooms past the line, and crumples to the ground. I run up to him, and his fingers are twithcing, and hes foaming at the mouth.(The foam was to scare me, but he really couldn't stop movin his fingers!) Hes on the ground gasping "Take it off...TAKE IT OFF!!! So i do, and we go back inside, and theres Riley, giving Zack a look that said. "See why i don't like that man who drags me out there?(Our dad)See?"
