The Stupid Waitress
My family goes out for lunch every thursday. We try to scrounge up as many aunts/uncles and such as we can, but today we only had five people. Me, my mother, my grandmother and my uncle who is currently living with her(we'll be getting to that later), and my adult cousin.
I could tell at first that our waitress was a little... well, not the type of person I could stand to hold a conversation with. She talked quiet and I almost had the impression that she's naturally shy. Perhaps you could explain her as being slightly ditsy.
But then she does something that I just can't understand. Even when it was quite obvious that my grandmother and uncle came in a while after we had gotten there, and without even asking, she put it all on one bill, seperating my cousin's, since she came it quite a while after everyone else.
Usually with such parties, isn't it common sense to ask how to do up the bills?
Did she not think elderly people ever took care of themselves anymore?
Did she just assume that my uncle was with my mother?
I don't know, but my word of advice to all from this event, just to avoid pissing me off;
Do not assume things!!
Stupid Women
I now have two uncles back home living with my grandmother. Why?
With the first, his wife seemed to have left him shortly after he lost his job, and along with screaming in front of the kids he had raised that he wasn't their father anyways.
Now that they're divorced, she's still giving him problems, and is now looking to take the kids clear across the country so she can live with a "friend" and her friend's boyfriend.
The second was dealing with a teenager who had gone the whole nine yards and gotten himself addicted to drugs, and apparently his wife is helping the little rebel.
Is it just me, or are nearly all females these days horribly stupid and pathetic? It's plenty easy enough to find a guy in a crowd that's not a complete idiot, but finding a girl that's not concearned about her looks is something completely different. Go ahead, argue against me, but I have solid proof. Even the girls who aren't concearned about what most others think of them are still obsessed with looking nice or "cool" in the eyes of at least someone.
All any of them want is attention, and that's now how all other people associate all women, so now people like me are stuck trying to explain how we are not interested in dating, gender put aside, and why we don't care if we shave our legs or not, or why we haven't brought more hair straightener on a trip.
