I tried a bit each of two different ones today. The first was ab exercises, and I got through one ten minute workout but got fed up and gave up halfway through a second. xd The second was a dance workout, and I got through the ballet-based warm-up but didn't go on after that. They were kind of off-beat in the bit of the 80's-themed workout I saw, and that bothered me. I was trying to follow the music, but they didn't seem to be. o.o
I'll learn what works for me and what doesn't through experimentation.
